We will not have on-call support for 12/25, 12/26 and 12/27 for the Christmas Holiday Weekend. We also will not have on-call support for the New Year’s holiday weekend, 12/31 (after hours), 1/1, 1/2, and 1/3.
If you have a hardware failure, please book another session and submit a ticket to support@gradedlabs.com. On the next business day we’ll review all tickets for refunds.
